Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 7th, 2026
Zenjoy BV uses cookies and similar technologies to make www.zenjoy.be work properly, remember preferences, understand how the website is used and, with your consent, measure advertisements and campaigns. This cookie policy explains which technologies we use, why we use them, how long information remains on your device and how you can change your choice.
Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are activated only after you have given your consent through the website’s built-in cookie manager. You can use the website if you decline that consent.

Which website this policy covers
This policy applies to www.zenjoy.be and the pages offered under this domain. It does not automatically apply to websites, platforms or applications that Zenjoy develops or manages for clients. For those services, the relevant client determines which cookies and technologies are used, and that client’s cookie and privacy policies apply.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device through your browser. They may be needed for a secure session, to remember your preferences or to collect information about how a website is used. Similar technologies, such as local browser storage, tags and pixels, may serve comparable purposes. For readability, this policy sometimes uses the term “cookies” to cover both cookies and similar technologies.
How consent works
On your first visit, you can enable or disable analytics and advertising applications separately. These optional categories are disabled by default. Essential cookies remain active because the website could otherwise not operate securely or correctly. Nimbu’s cookie manager stores your choice so you do not have to make it again on every visit.
Your consent remains valid until you withdraw it or until the stored preference expires. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew consent. You can also delete cookies already stored on your device through your browser.
Cookies and technologies we use
The list below is based on the configuration of zenjoy.be on 7 October 2026. A pattern such as _ga_* or _li_id.* means that the final part of the name may vary by measurement configuration.
| Cookie or technology | Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| _nimbu_session and _nimbu_secure_session | Nimbu | Manage and secure the session and support essential platform functions. | Session |
| _nimbu_consent | Nimbu | Stores your preferences for functional, analytics and advertising applications. | 1 year |
| ignore_old_browser | Zenjoy | Remembers that you dismissed the unsupported-browser notice. | Session |
| Plausible script | Zenjoy and Plausible | Provides aggregated statistics without cookies or persistent identification. | No browser storage |
| _nimbu_id | Nimbu Analytics | Recognises a returning browser for aggregated statistics. | Up to 400 days |
| _nimbu_visit_id | Nimbu Analytics | Groups page views within one website visit. | Session |
| _ga and _ga_* | Google Analytics | Distinguish visitors and maintain session state to measure website use. | Normally 2 years; browser limits may shorten this |
| _li_id.* | Leadinfo | Recognises new and returning visitors for business visitor analysis. | 2 years |
| _li_ses.* | Leadinfo | Groups the pages viewed during the current session. | Session |
| _gcl_* and _gac_* | Google Ads | Measures whether a visit following an advertisement click leads to a relevant action. | Up to 90 days |
| IDE or id | Google or DoubleClick | Supports ad delivery, frequency capping, personalisation and performance measurement. | Up to 13 months in the EEA |
Not every listed cookie is set on every visit. Which cookies and technologies become active depends on your consent choice, your browser, the provider’s settings and how you interact with the website.
Essential cookies
Essential cookies enable session management, security, form protection and storage of your cookie preferences. We use them because they are needed to provide the website and the functions you request. They are not used for advertising or to track your behaviour across other websites.
Analytics technologies
Plausible
Plausible collects aggregated information about website use. It does not set cookies, use local storage or create persistent visitor profiles. The installation for zenjoy.be is loaded through plausible.zenjoy.be. We use these statistics to understand which pages are visited and to improve the website.
Nimbu Analytics and Google Analytics
Nimbu Analytics and Google Analytics are loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. They measure visits, pages viewed, referral sources, device types and interactions, among other things. Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager. The default setting for analytics storage is denied until you give consent.
Leadinfo
Leadinfo helps Zenjoy understand which organisations visit the website. Leadinfo compares a visitor’s IP address with publicly available company information. Zenjoy does not receive the raw IP address. Leadinfo’s additional cookies for visitor statistics are loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
We use Google Search Console to assess the visibility and technical performance of the website in Google Search. Simply visiting our website does not place a Search Console cookie on your device.
Advertising technologies
If you accept advertising cookies, Google Remarketing or Google Ads may be loaded. We can then measure advertising campaigns, and Google may tailor advertisements based on earlier visits, depending on your Google and advertising settings. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and the sending of advertising user data are denied by default until you consent. Zenjoy uses Google Consent Mode and data redaction for this purpose.
Who receives data
Depending on your choice, Nimbu, Google and Leadinfo may receive data needed to provide their services. Plausible is used through a Zenjoy subdomain for privacy-friendly statistics. These parties process data under their own privacy terms and, where applicable, agreements with Zenjoy.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer mechanisms and safeguards described in the privacy statement and Google’s terms apply.
Changing your preferences
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences button at the bottom of www.zenjoy.be. There you can enable or disable analytics and advertising applications separately. You can also view and delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block essential cookies in your browser, parts of the website may not work properly.
Your rights and further information
Our privacy statement contains more information about how we process personal data, international transfers and your rights under the GDPR. For questions about this cookie policy, email [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We update this cookie policy when the website, the providers we use, the cookies configured or the applicable rules change. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated. We review the cookie inventory at least annually and after a significant technical change.
