Logo: Zenjoy is an AI-first digital product studio based in Leuven. We build meaningful digital products, websites, and mobile applications.

From complex question to building a product that keeps working.

We don't start with a solution. First we want to understand what is going on, for whom and in what context. Then we design, build and improve step by step, together with the team that has to carry it forward.

How we keep complex projects manageable

Understand

How things work, users, data, risks and ambitions.

Design

Flows, screens, architecture and a first scope.

Build

Short iterations, testing and focused adjustments.

Launch

Checklist, release, hosting, monitoring and handover.

Evolve

New features, uptime, security, support and roadmapping.

Five phases, one clear line.

In the design phase, wireframing, architecture and visual design are closely linked. Each gets its own place, because they answer different questions and deliver something different.

01 — Understand

Conversation and exploration at the start of a project

Understand

First understand what is really going on.

At the start we want to get clear on what you want to achieve and why. Who uses the product? Which people are involved? Which systems, data and agreements shape how things work today? What context do we need to take into account?

We listen to the different perspectives and make concrete agreements on goals, timing and responsibilities. A project moves. That's why we leave room to adjust course when new information calls for it.

Result: a shared picture of the question and a first feasible scope and timeline.

02 — Design

Visual design of a digital product

Design

Design tailored to the project.

The solution takes shape in screens, flows, technical choices and a visual direction. These parts constantly influence each other. That's why we treat them as one design process, with the different team members working closely together from the start.

We turn the proposed solution into wireframes: clear screens that show which parts the website or application needs and how they fit together. The end user is at the centre: the product has to be intuitive and easy to use.

Using user stories, we map out the wishes and needs of your team and your users. With flowcharts, clickable prototypes and user tests we work iteratively towards a testable prototype or a concrete blueprint.

Result: a foundation that we, or another development team, can build on.

A scalable website or a reliable app needs a well-considered architecture. It lays the foundation and determines how all the parts connect. That makes correct operation, later maintenance and further growth a lot easier.

We choose technology deliberately, with attention to security and privacy. The solution has to meet today's requirements and leave room for what changes later.

Result: technical choices that stay explainable, maintainable and transferable.

Is there already a brand identity? Then we translate it into a recognisable digital experience. Typography, colour, imagery and interaction come together in a design that looks good and works naturally.

If we start from a blank page, we look for a visual direction with its own character, tuned to the brand and the people who use the product. Designers and developers work together from the start. That gives creativity all the room it needs within an experience that works smoothly and is technically sound.

Result: a recognisable digital experience that looks good, works smoothly and is technically feasible.

03 — Build

Building software iteratively

Build

Building in short, testable steps.

Development

In weekly or two-weekly sprints we bring the product to life. Each cycle ends with something usable. You see the progress, can test it and give feedback while changes are still affordable.

Testing and quality control

We test internally first and then release finished features to your team. Automated tests guard what already works. For larger projects we also bring in test groups or guided user tests.

Result: working software that is tested and refined with every iteration.

04 — Launch

Go-live of a website or application

Launch

Going live with a plan.

Before launch we walk through the critical paths. We arrange release, hosting and monitoring, define responsibilities and make sure documentation and handover are in order.

At the moment of go-live the team is ready to respond quickly. We agree in advance who follows up on what, so possible problems don't linger.

Result: a controlled launch with follow-up from day one.

05 — Evolve

Follow-up and evolution after launch

Evolve

Learning from real use.

Only after launch do you see how a product behaves in practice. Use raises new questions, priorities shift and sometimes a small tweak makes more difference than the next big feature.

We keep track of what works, fix problems and plan targeted improvements. That can run through Platform Care or App Care, with ongoing support or extra capacity when the roadmap calls for it.

Result: a product that is maintained and can grow with the organisation.

You work directly with our team

You talk with the people who design and build. We regularly show what's there, explain important choices and document what will make a difference later. That way your organisation keeps a grip on the product.

Direct contact

You talk directly with the people who design and build, without intermediaries.

You see where we stand

Demos and prototypes make your feedback concrete.

Choices stay explainable

Decisions and their context stay easy to find.

Ownership stays with you

No unnecessary lock-in, but a product you can take with you.

From an unclear question to a first testable release.

Where does your project stand today?

You don't need to know the solution yet. Tell us what you're dealing with and where you want to go. In a first conversation we look for the next step together.

Schedule a call

You'll speak straight away with someone who digs into the actual problem.
