The price depends on the type of guidance and on the scope of your question: how much preparation is needed, how large the app or the organisation is and how deep the review goes.

An AI Pitstop takes one hour. AI Reality Check is a review of an existing app. AI Roadmap covers a working day with your team and an advisory note. Every track starts with an exploratory conversation. After that you receive a tailored proposal with a fixed scope, so you know up front what we do and what you get. Building or implementing a solution is only estimated once the direction is clear.

Our consultants examine your business processes and the question you want to resolve. We look at how you work today, where time is lost and what data you have. We then weigh up which AI applications fit, what they offer and what they require from your team. Artificial intelligence is a means of improving the work. We also review apps you have built yourself and turn our findings into a practical plan.

Our consultancy gives you informed choices without tying you to a supplier or delivery partner. You can take the advice forward yourself, with your own developer or with another partner. If you want help building, improving or connecting a solution, we agree on that next step separately.

The fact that an app works says nothing about its security. You also want to know who can view or change data and what happens when something goes wrong. Lovable has built-in security checks; a human review judges those findings in the context of your own application. That is what we do with AI Reality Check, including for apps built with another AI building tool.

Up front we agree what we examine, which access is needed and when you receive the report. Within that scope we look at security and access rights, data processing, reliability and maintainability. Can a user only see the data intended for that user? Can a developer understand and adapt the app later on?

The report describes what we checked, what needs attention first and which improvements we recommend. It is not a security certificate: you get an assessment within the agreed scope, of the version we reviewed.

We start with the work you want to improve. Sometimes AI helps; sometimes existing software, a connection between systems or a clearer way of working is enough.

We weigh up the expected value, the available data and what the solution requires from your team. A chatbot that looks up information, generating content with generative AI and an AI agent that takes actions each need different checks. The same applies to predictive analysis of business data: without reliable data, the output has little value. If you already have a concrete process you want to automate, guidance on AI workflows is a suitable next step.

This service includes preparation, one working day with your team, a strategic advisory report and an online follow-up. You receive a phased plan with findings and priorities for your organisation. We weigh the benefits of AI against the costs of introduction, checks and maintenance. That makes the expected return, or ROI, something you can discuss: how much time will you save, which mistakes will you avoid and how will you measure it?
