What does a product partner do for existing software?
Zenjoy takes over existing custom software, maintains it and develops it further: web applications, platforms, apps and internal tools built by another team or a developer who has since left. We start by examining the code, infrastructure, documentation and access. Then we decide what can stay, what has to change and who takes on the management. That gives a platform, app or internal tool a realistic way forward.

Ownership of custom code and access to repositories and accounts are set out in the contract. Existing software and external components may have their own licences. We map those out when we take over, together with what is needed for a later handover.
Sometimes. We first look at what is already there. If the idea is proven, we work out what is still needed for real users, real data and sustainable maintenance. We don’t promise a rescue operation without understanding the product.
