Online tool for mental resilience aimed at young people aged 12-16
What is NokNok?
Your body acting weird, following rules, making new friends, feeling bored, falling in love, sex... Every young person has questions about these things. And that's completely okay! The NokNok team gives you advice on how to deal with it.
At Noknok, young people can work on their resilience independently. By completing exercises, filling out questionnaires, writing in their diary, and setting goals, they collect points which they can use to customize their own 'Noknok' living space.
Approach
Zenjoy started from existing expertise and translated this into an online platform through 6 focus groups in classes across different education levels. The target group was regularly consulted afterward as well
After an initial version, the website received a new look & feel several years later. The typical Noknok monsters were retained. The tool has also undergone various content changes over time.
