Our sites run on Nimbu, our own CMS, hosted entirely in the EU. Your editors manage the site themselves, across languages, with a review step. If something goes wrong you speak directly with someone on our team, not a chatbot.

That does not depend on the city, but on the number of languages, pages, editors and integrations. We estimate it in the first conversation and put it in a quote, including what is not part of it.
A new website involves both the initial build and ongoing costs. Design, development and integrations are part of the build. Hosting and maintenance continue after launch. When discussing your quote, check which services are included and which costs recur.
Research and structure, web design based on your brand, the build in Nimbu, the integrations with your existing tools, hosting in the EU and the maintenance afterwards. What is not included is stated just as clearly: ongoing SEO, advertising and photography we outsource or leave with you.
No. Our office is in Leuven, about an hour away by car or train. We hold the first conversation by video call or at your place, whichever suits you. During the project we mostly work online and meet when it matters. The person you reach stays the same.
Yes. Bitos is in Vosselaar, Alegria in Turnhout, Thomas More in Geel and JBF Global in Laakdal. It makes no difference to us.
Both. For one client we do professional web design and a new website, for another the platform their operation runs on, or both in sequence. If you need a new website now and more later, you do not have to switch agencies.
We build the technical basis: a site that loads fast, a structure search engines understand, and titles and descriptions you manage yourself. That determines whether you can build visibility at all. For a local search your Google Business profile weighs heavily too, and that carries your address, not ours. Ongoing SEO or advertising we do not do ourselves; we work with partners for that.
